Amn is a graduate student with the MATTER team, working on the development of active and sustainable food packaging materials. Her research focuses on modifying kraft paper with advanced PLA-based coatings and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) to improve barrier performance, structural integrity, and functional properties. Through this work, she aims to contribute to the design of next-generation biopolymer-based packaging materials with enhanced protection and potential active packaging applications.
